Absolution 04:03
Somehow we seem to be here, Forget not is just a myth, Where we get, Caught up in a frenzy of lust not love, Just frustration. This isn’t love, Blind sighted by affection, Thought this time was the last one? One last mischievous look, One more act of desperation, Absolution, There is surely a reason for this crazy to carry on. I know how this story goes, So many more cons to pros. This isn’t love, Blind sighted by affection, Thought this time was the last one? This isn’t love, A frenzy of lust, It’s not meant for us, I wish it was, But this isn’t love.

Everything I Thought I Knew

Obvious 04:15
Your fingertips teasing my skin, Your warm breath on my neck drawing me in Rays melting my fears releasing needs that escaped me all these years, Your consciousness deserts me, Replaced with empathy, Alighting this fire in me. Do I need to explain? ‘Cuz it’s obvious you feel the same, No more need to stray, Yet I wonder, As this is temporary, We’ll have to lock it safe and treasure the key. So I guess I’ll have to hold back, With all these butterflies and feelings, And save them for another character, Who deserves this amount of needing, But if one day I happen to find you, I won’t be able to contain this ‘Cuz obviously I’ll be a stranger overcome with contained feelings, It’s obvious. Thoughts melt away but I find honesty in your sea of blue, Find intensity in your awe for me and I know I’ve got nothing to lose, Feeling nauseous, But able to keep myself composed and true, I know this new for both of us, But there’s no time to take this slow. I want to explain, ‘Cuz I know this is how this will stay, No more chapters to this story, Yet I wonder, As this permanent, We could drop everything and run. And realistically, This atmosphere is ruining me, I need to think clearly, I want to stay, I miss you every day, But I’ll return shortly.

Vultures 04:21
We all change, Been stuck between these four walls for hours and days, Acting like rats and vultures, Still making mistakes, And once again it’s time to, Medicate and relate. Take a step outside, Sun gleaming in your eyes, Spectators stare, Paranoia stirring in the air, But when the drone kicks in, Not feeling comfortable in your skin, Gonna need to head back in. Feeling sublime, Sensationalize, Tanks and shorts and shades, No sand but powder and haze, This is our summer. Parallel to the floor the ceilings spinning, And lights move projecting hazy dancers, Influence my mood, I feel this ball of pleasure rise up to elude, I take a step outside, Sun was gleaming in your eyes, Spectators stare, Paranoia stirring in the air, But when the drone kicks in, Not feeling comfortable in your skin, Gonna need to head back in. Feeling sublime, Sensationalize, Tanks and shorts and shades, No sand but powder and haze, This is our summer. Eternally blurry, No more time in the space for you and me, Shame in every reason. Feeling sublime, Sensationalize, Tanks and shorts and shades, No sand but powder and haze, This is our summer. A state of relaxation, Shame in every reason. Feeling sublime, Sensationalize, Tanks and shorts and shades, No sand but powder and haze, This is our summer.

Two Step 03:10
Cheeky, friendly, Sneaky and risky, Hold me closely, But not today, or anyway. So much for tell, So much for truth, So much for all the things that I just wanna do, Keep myself hush, Just play this game, Don’t reveal what is on this brain. One step, Progress, Two step, Regress, One step, Progress, Two step, Regress. Pointless, painful, Not easy to let go, Forget is hard you see, He’s all the things I need for me So much for tell, So much for truth, So much for all the things that I just wanna do, Keep myself hush, Just play this game, Don’t reveal what is on this brain. One step, Progress, Two step, Regress, One step, Progress, Two step, Regress.
